Frames
Product group 1 includes all split cable entry systems in round and rectangular versions. Cables with and without pre-assembled connectors with a maximum diameter of 75 mm can thus be inserted. The split frame and slit grommets alleviate the need to cut and rewire pre-terminated cables. Therefore, cable warranties are unaffected. By closing the upper and lower part of the frame a high contact pressure on the cable grommets and lines is achieved. In most cases, the lines are strain-relieved according to EN 62444 and immediately sealed with IP54 to IP66 / IP68 / UL type 4X (depending on type).
